So I have one more day but I'm resting tomorrow

First months progress from consistent calisthenics all bodyweight while cutting weight.

1000 pushups
525 diamond pushups
1004 crunches
500 squats
Other training like pike pushups, hollow body holds etc.

Firstly I've definitely lost body fat and developed more shape

Pretty realistic progress for a first month while cutting, finding what exercises work best, balancing with work and other life commitments. Workouts started low rep and got higher every week. Next month will focus on higher protein intake, better intensity and higher reps.

I've seen good chest, bicep, and tricep development as well as a stronger core which is my weakest area right now.

I can add lats once I move my pull up gear from the old place, and I'll start lifting at month 3 or 4. Either way I'm pretty happy 😁
