310 pushups
410 sit-ups
100 diamond pushups
142 side planks
45 squats (pitiful)
2 forearm/grip training sessions
Dragon flag training -leg raises, hollow body holds, half flag

Numbers are improving, adding macros and splits into the 4th week ✌
