Could be an age thing. I no longer think about getting fitter, stronger, etc., though anything like that would be a bonus. Nowadays I think of just slowing up the inevitable deterioration.

@SmoKin my diet hasn’t changed. Sleeps always been messed up too. Im getting tests done but idk.
