Im so bloody tired lately and idk why

I feel so tired and weak. I can barely run at all and can’t keep the energy up. I just want to lay around all day. I thought it was my medication but I guess not. I just hope this test thingy can help me out.

Me too today i think i had too much starch and sugars tho and milk .. i heard milk can make people sleepy..
