Motivation for the gym

For some reason my motivation has completely plummeted, I've been setting my alarm to go before work but then been switching it off and having an extra could of hours in bed. Can't pin point where I lost this motivation been looking for a new routine to help get it back. 🤔

@Unlearn I seem to sleep well (well it seems that way) just always feel tired. Up until lately I've been able to push through it. I've found a new routine now so will go in the morning before work.

@Caraxes If you have no problems going to sleep, then I think cutting out alcohol should help you sleep more deeply.

@Bleak worse thing is I really am a gym person so it's really pissing me off that I've lost this motivation

@Caraxes Don’t worry. When you keep doing something consistently, it becomes monotonous. Take a break. Do something else. You will get back to your routine eventually.

In my case, exercising is suggested by my Dr. I can’t afford to keep it at bay. ☹

And I am least interested in exercising.

I used to go 4-5 days a week now it’s down to 2
