Lost 30 lbs in three months by walking 10 thousand steps daily and calorie control

Left drinking alcohol totally from 110 days. Set my wake up routine at 4am and sleeping routine at 9pm. Got my 6 years old jeans and tops fitted in my new body.

But it was 18k not just 10k. You, no doubt has done a wonderful job. You are an inspiration for many.

@ABCDEF7 I don't eat even a single junk food from Saturday to Thursday. Only healthy foods for 6 days along with my long walks but cheat day on Friday. I eat everything on Friday.

@ABCDEF7 I eat oats and milk at morning with black tea without sugar. In afternoon I eat roti and vegetables and milk tea with sugar. In evening I eat fruits, vegetables and milk tea with sugar.
