About to go to the gym after going for 5 days in a row and going hard. What do you ladies think?

@MrTee okay well I'm just guessing and I'm by no means perfect I mean my stomach is usually small usually but if I eat one tortilla or tamale too much I look like Santa 😂. I'm saying this the best nicest way I do notice a bit of a gut unless it's just angles or the t-shirt forgive me if I'm wrong my dear

@Ceci13 Lol no its true! Hehe I just had a protein shake, but it was a heavy protein shake lol and it made me bloated 😂 lol and I am chubby too so it only added to it

@MrTee oh my dear I see but chubby or just a few extra pounds? My husband has a few extra pounds but is in great shape but a bit of a belly but everything is proportionate especially in all the right places like arms legs butt and ahem other areas lol 🤣 how tall are you?

@MrTee Did 80 minutes on the elliptical today. I live to work out.
Just be sure to give your muscles a break.

The way muscles grow is that we literally tear the muscle fibres from over work, so they heal bigger and stronger.

If you dont give them a break, your results will suffer.
There is such a thing as OTS (over training syndrome), so be careful . Rest is as important as working out.
