So I exercised for like 10 minutes at 6am before work...

...surprisingly, I wasn't nearly as tired during the day as I usually am. It's currently 8:30pm. Usually I'm zombie tired by now but I'm okay.
Am I on to something?

I haven't done anything else differently.

I'm not sure if the timing has something to do with it. I can't imagine doing exercise in the morning before work 😖 but everyone is different. I do workout regularly in the evenings, even sometimes at night it helps me sleep and I feel great the next day.

@PrincessVelvet it wasn't major. No jumping around or anything. Just an ab workout. I personally know that I will not workout when I get home from work. So I decided to get up early and get it in
