So I exercised for like 10 minutes at 6am before work...

...surprisingly, I wasn't nearly as tired during the day as I usually am. It's currently 8:30pm. Usually I'm zombie tired by now but I'm okay.
Am I on to something?

I haven't done anything else differently.

I'm not sure if the timing has something to do with it. I can't imagine doing exercise in the morning before work 😖 but everyone is different. I do workout regularly in the evenings, even sometimes at night it helps me sleep and I feel great the next day.

@PrincessVelvet it wasn't major. No jumping around or anything. Just an ab workout. I personally know that I will not workout when I get home from work. So I decided to get up early and get it in

If you take vitamin C and beta carotene early in the day you will have energy all day long.

@iamnikki it takes about 12 hours for them to wear off, keep that in mind. If you take them in the afternoon you won’t be able to get to sleep until about 3 or 4 am
