Can you try an easy version of headstand? You can feel the blood rush with any version of it.

@Colonelmustardseed just consult the doctor if it would be safe. It will help your arms. But i dont know if its the best way to start any exercise.

@Johnconnor I don’t have the strength currently to lift my legs off the ground like that, let alone balance. 😅 I’d flop over.

@Colonelmustardseed Then do it when you gain strength after a while probably. I am sure you have walls around you. They won't fall if you lean against them.
