How often do you exercise?

I walk the dog 3x a day. Sometimes we play chase the dog with the ball... I lift a 12kg bag of dog food 2x daily. Which reduces over a 9 week period.

I carry 20-pound bags of cat litter every day and 10-pound bags of dry food. I walk about 2 miles every morning to feed stray cats. That's all my exercise.
