At high intensity, a minimum of 30-45 minutes daily - meaning making sure my average heartbeat per minute stays in the 130-150 range.
I do martial arts workouts too, twice a week. Those aren’t the same intensity unless I’m actually sparring. That’s probably another 3-4 hours a week.
