Morning & Evening Walks rejuvenates me

Today's exercise (walking) and today was the end of week 1. So it was time to measure the weight

Not bad a week ago i embarked on the journey of weight loss and endeavoured to check my weight status after completion of one week.

In a week I have lost 3.29 kgs (7.25 pounds) with the aim to lose 25 kgs in eight weeks ( 55 pounds) .
