Yes.. an hour atleast of cardio and basic weights..
Yes. Just a few minutes ago I ran to the bathroom. I ran to the store yesterday. I do 8 oz curls with Bud Light bottles as often as possible.

Trying to get back into it after injuries. When I'm on point, I do weight stuff three times a week, and some combo of swimming, running and elliptical most days. Maybe the New Year will be my launching point. 🙂
