Do you workout daily?

If so, do you workout at home or in a gym?

StarLily · 51-55, F
Almost every day. I walk in my neighborhood and do some exercises at home.
Bubbles · 36-40, F
A few times a week, at home with a personal trainer mostly
Rickg · 31-35, M
I work out at least four days a week now
At home
I do some training with dumbbells, exercises like slow push-ups wearing a heavy back pack, tension bands, running around the lakeshore,
@Rickg I do uphill running with a heavy backpack. I have to use a treadmill for it, as I don't have an actual hill like that to use.
Rickg · 31-35, M
Cool
I have a stationary bike but it’s become a coat rack @HUNT5M4N
bugeye · 26-30, F
at home. my gym shut down during covid and i've not looked to see if it's opened back up.
@bugeye Some have reopened, and others couldn't survive the shutdown. It's a shame.
bugeye · 26-30, F
@HUNT5M4N turns out a one-off payment for home equipment is cheaper in the long run. also have you ever gone straight from a workout to a relaxing bubble bath. 😯🥴
@bugeye I haven't done that, but I occasionally go to the tanning bed for about five minutes. It's great for lower back pain.
i try. and i go running or hiking at trails. if i cant then i wourk out at home.
@Colddeadhands Running and hiking in the woods beats a treadmill indoors any day of the week.
@HUNT5M4N AGREED
I do weights daily, this lengthy lockdown felt like gaol time.
wackidywack · 22-25
I try. I work out in my house
@wackidywack Good deal! 👍🏼
No, but I've got a decent 6 pack core
Myocite · F
Yes and Yes.
@Myocite I can see that.

@Stereoguy We all do. You just have to get back on the wagon.

I have a home gym. I do a full body workout every two days, an ab workout and stretching every day, and I practice muay thai as much as I can too.
@SW-User When I first started working out, I didn't anticipate how difficult it would be to form a schedule for it.

@HUNT5M4N yeah it can be tough. That's why I've always kept it as simple as possible
