Been going everyday! They say you stop hating workouts after a week or two, its been 3 months and i hate it just as much as i did in day one. But gotta stay healthy.

My hubby got into that about 5 months ago . He was fit and very muscular but his doc wanted him to scale back on the muscle mass and get “ leaner “. He did . He goes every morning and has dropped almost 30 pounds of mass . He is still huge but this newer bod is workin for me .
