3 months of CrossFit

Been going everyday! They say you stop hating workouts after a week or two, its been 3 months and i hate it just as much as i did in day one. But gotta stay healthy.

My hubby got into that about 5 months ago . He was fit and very muscular but his doc wanted him to scale back on the muscle mass and get “ leaner “. He did . He goes every morning and has dropped almost 30 pounds of mass . He is still huge but this newer bod is workin for me .

Sorry to hear that but that was funny to read.
Maybe it's the type of work out...
I read something once about traits if each star signs and within that it's true you do find what works.
Being a capricorn we prefer natural forms of exercise, hiking swimming that type of thing.
It's better not to use weights, unless for none strengthening not muscle building.
Heavy mass stresses our organs and frame.

Many don't believe in it but til this day I'm happiest when I stick to what feels natural.

My boyfriend feels the same thing. I don't know what to do how to encourage him to exercise. He only wants to fast to maintain his weight because he hates working out!
