January to Today

Very slow, gradual weight loss, but it works for me. I started by teaching myself only to eat when I was hungry, and not out of habit. Seems like food also tasted better when I did that. But to be honest most of the weight loss happened in the last ~6 weeks, the beginning of the "journey" was me just making sure I didn't gain anymore. I started doing simple stretching exercises in the morning from YouTube, and over time, my body started craving for exercise. Sounds weird, because I used to hate running but now I love it. Seems like just stretching everyday for like a month woke something up in my cells. Anyway, the exercise combined with eating much less food (sometimes now I only eat once a day, ONLY when I'm hungry) helped me get this far lol. I had to order new boxers because my old ones were sliding off. I've never been actually noticeably fat, but now I'm trading my dad bod for a fit body which I've come to really like. My jaw/face is also starting to seem better defined and less round. Also, I'm still not there yet, but it's nice to see progress!!
