Creationism and particularly Young Earth Creationism is a dying belief...and for good reason. I'm here to throw a few more nails into that coffin.

I'm in the mood to educate Creationists on the subject of Evolution. What are your questions? Criticisms? Misconceptions? Ask the Atheist!

@Kwek00 I'll never fully understand how the brain works either yet we reach for it. God is the same way except if you could ever fully know and understand him he would no longer be God.

@Klingwood Posting the same reply twice, doesn't make it smarter.
Klingwood · 61-69, M
@Kwek00 no but might help you get it if repeated
Kwek00 · 41-45, M
@Klingwood Nah... dumb remarks don't really help me that much.
Klingwood · 61-69, M
@Kwek00 then don't give them
Klingwood · 61-69, M
@Kwek00 tell you what ,you prove god doesn't exist and I believe in evolution and explain the miracles I've seen .

@Klingwood Oh no... Not the Godspeed argument. What shall I do?

You can't proof something doesn't excist... You need to proof something excist. The burden of proof is in your (and Godspeeds') camp.
If we follow your (and Godspeeds') logic, we have too believe in unicorns, flying teapots, and flying concious noodles too... because we can't proof they don't excist. However, people like yourself are always very selective what fantastical ideas they follow and which ones they don't. Which tells a lot about how consistent people are, that just want to have it all without ever doing any leggwork making sure that they are right. And the rest of us, have to suffer the outcomes of people that cling to the fantastical.

@Kwek00 then just disprove the bible. People have tried for 2 thousand years and can't. How many times has science been proven wrong? So which is more reliable?
newjaninev2 · 56-60, F
@Klingwood Apparently you don't understand the scientific method
newjaninev2 · 56-60, F
@Kwek00 believe in evolution

The Theory of Evolution by Natural Selection doesn't require your belief... it requires that you come up with a better explanation for the evidence.

An explanation that is coherent, consistent, and complete
Kwek00 · 41-45, M
@Klingwood The scientific process is the most reliable... that you believe that this is debatable, is pretty problematic.

"Then just disprove the bible"? ... the bible is a an ancient piece of romantic fiction. Do I need to disprove the Illiad too?
Kwek00 · 41-45, M
@newjaninev2 ??? I talked about the believe in unicorns, flying teapots and omnipotent noodles Janine? I don't get your comment.
newjaninev2 · 56-60, F
@Kwek00 Apologies... wrong recipient. It was meant for @Klingwood
Klingwood · 61-69, M
@Kwek00 so in other words you can't wich is what I know.you say it's fiction obviously you know nothing about it. Just check on the history of the prophecy in it. There is no way it is fiction when so many history books line up with it . The age of it etc
Kwek00 · 41-45, M
@Klingwood ever heard of "confirmation bias"? ... it seems to be staring at you in the mirror every morning.
