Not as much as I wanted. I called Turkey Man and he reaffirmed that he absolutely hates all holidays and did not want to celebrate it. I suppose if he had wanted company I could have thawed out some St. Louis baby back ribs I still have in my freezer, but...oh well.
I did get the dishes put away, and washed some more. As I was putting them away I noticed that the divider trays in my utensil drawer were filled with little wood shavings...馃ぎ. So I ripped the whole drawer apart and washed everything in it. I shredded some old bills, and that was about it.

@Stereoguy Don't worry. He just IS a stick in the mud. He has changed a lot since he was diagnosed with lung cancer. Now he seems to just want to sit in what he calls his "hole" in his sofa, (which, he claims, fits his a$$ perfectly), and complain that there is nothing on TV.
He doesn't like to get dressed, and if he came over here he would insist on taking off most of his clothes, and [i]I[/i] wouldn't like that.
