I used to "do" Easter for the ex's family. It was insane. His family basically wanted Thanksgiving on Easter...with Ham instead of turkey. They had to have "all" the vegetables. In other words, 10 different kinds of hot veggies. Keeping everything warm in chafing dishes while everyone got in my way was VERY challenging.
AND the little kids came. I had to do an easter egg hunt outside, and decorate the yard with giant plastic Easter eggs, and I had to buy Godiva Easter bunnies to set at each place as favors...adult table and kids table...it was nuts.
