Is this week's holiday Thanksgiving or Black Friday?

And is Christmas already over? The over-commercialization has confused the heck out of me. Where is Stan Freberg and his Green Christmas these days?

I was under the impression Christmas took place in early October before Halloween. Is that not the case?

@LordShadowfire Actually started here in September, but that may have something to do with time zones and Daylight Savings Time.
