@TexChik don't know about that but have plenty of time to spend in the kitchen. Moms don't have that anymore. everything has to be quick after working all day

Try a fried bird that has been injected with seasoning . They are so juicy .

Put it in a pan and put it in the oven. You might want to cover it with foil for a little while.

I'm a longtime vegetarian but no one else in my family is, so I would always make a turkey every year anyway.
