@Crazywaterspring we get same rate 24/7/365 ( unless doing overtime) but mgmt claims weekend and night penalties are 'aggregated' into the pay rate.

@Crazywaterspring we have one - a very strong one. It's a fairly standard thing in this industry (rail transport) to not get night and weekend penalties anymore because freight in particular is basically a full 24/7/365 operation. Some commuter pass operators (government owned) in some states still pay night and weekend penalties seperately instead of 'aggregated'. All rail freight in Australi has been privatised (ie no longer government owned/run businesses) since the early 2000's.
