Yes, I lost a lot of weight. I had to start buying smaller shorts and pants.

It is a slow recovery. My neck skin graft is integrating slowly, but still stiff. Movement is hard and it is sore. My back hurts too. My legs are weak, my steps awkward.

I tire easily.

I am slowly bringing down my blood sugar. Yet that is mostly due to Ozempic. It also makes me feel full longer, so I eat less. It is so weird.

But I press on.

@JoyfulSilence a slow recovery is better then dealing with infections and setbacks. Keep moving and rest when you need to and take care of yourself. 🤗

I rest a lot. I work from home and take a lot of short naps!
