Sit outside and listen to the world wake up and have my coffee.

Walk barefoot through the morning dew on the grass and breathe in the morning freshness. I take time to appreciate the beauty of everything that surrounds me. Good Morning

Years ago, I used to attend church services on Sunday morning. These days, I slowly wake up with my Starbucks Italian Roast and news/weather online while doing laundry.

Get up early and go for a walk before anyone else is awake.

Simply take my time. Every other day can feel like there’s a bit of a rush to get started on the day but Sunday brings the breather that’s needed from that. I take my time getting out of bed, and soon after I’ll start up the record player and get started on a breakfast we’ll get to eat the leftovers of for the next couple of days that follow. Sunday helps prepare me for the week ahead in so many ways.

Wake up VEeeeRrrryy slow, have breakfast and coffee and then go for a relaxed long excursion, could be a hike, a piknik and a small walk around or a swim at the beach and chill at some tavern for food or a summerish beer 😊

Usually, at some part of the weekend (sometimes on a Saturday, sometimes on a Sunday) the wife'll make me breakfast as she'll be up before me....and that's always nice to eat something she's made, wether it be cereal, porridge, scrambled eggs or a cooked breakfast....

The other thing is, of course, church...

on Sunday I usually chop some wood before starting the day. today was no exception

When I’m not working, coffee chill with music, walk the dogs.

And visit the markets with all the food and craft stalls 😌

Read a book with a mug of tea before others wake up. I’ve been away for a while. I’m so ready to go home.

I've had a lovely Sunday. Breakfast in bed. Chatting and reading with my daughter.

Wait for my carers to get here so i can have my first bath in a week.
