My new normal

I'm sitting in the viewing gallery of the gym watching my 12 yo potential future foster daughter knock the living daylights out of a boy who is rather bigger than her 😊 I know nothing about judo, but I think she is doing quite well 😊

@SunshineGirl Size is very much not everything in self defense. I'm 5'-1" and I've taken down some pretty big guys. A well-trained and well-disciplined fighter will trump muscle mass almost every time. 🙏
