4th of July

Oh sleep is such a wonderful thing!! Sadly I took my last prn pill and my therapist wouldn't give me any more.

Today we'll work on unpacking the kitchen. We differently need it done.

Then Joel and the boys are going to his grandma's house for a big party.

Sissy and I are staying home.

Last night Sissy came to me and Joel and she needed to talk.

So we go in her room and before she says anything she starts crying.

What is wrong baby girl

I'm sorry but I'm just she tries to say

Joel takes her hand Do you need a day

She nodded and tries to wipe away her tears.

It's okay, you and I can stay home I tell her

But everyone will be mad

No one will be mad at you honey. They will understand. Joel tells her.

She gives him a hug than me.

I'll even bring you guys some leftovers

We get up to leave and she stands up and says

Dad, Joel I'm sorry I'm weird

Oh man I didn't know we had a to apologize for that, because I owe you like a million apologies.

Well it's true I'm way weirder than probably everyone

Sweetheart don't ever apologize for being you Joel tells her. She hugs him again
