What's with people going on about Halloween on here?

I've heard of people jokingly talking about Christmas during the summertime, but seeing people excited about Halloween during summer is a first for me, lol.

Halloween doesn't last long enough. in a lot of other countries they have big Fall celebrations and do cool stuff for the harvest time. big bonfires and different things. the holidays here are too commercialized.
