I feel bad for people who were born on February 29

You don't need to bud, they just celebrate on a proximal date.

Why? It's a good excuse to skip 3/4 of your birthdays.

If i was born on February 29th then id be almost 14 years old. When you get old enough to feel daily pain then then you will understand. Hahaha.
