My family does. If it weren't for them, it would go unnoticed.

I try to. Office does a cake for everyone's birthday. Some family will give me cards. A nice dinner out to one of my favorite spots. That's the usual routine.

Not really. We usually just have a steak or something yummy. However we do that all the time.
