Is this a suitable birthday present for my mother in law?

It was my mother who was the daughter in law from hell, my Grandfather once threatened to have her arrested for defamation for how she was always denigrating my grandmother, my mother responded by threatening to leave my Dad and take my older brothers and me away, which she eventually did anyways.
