why do countries have the audacity to place themselves right next to US army bases?..
the UN was to stop soviet expansion.
there hasnt been any soviets for awhile now. but the UN still exists?..
and the only group that has expanded is the UN.. closer and closer to russias border..

In the 1990's it was thought that Russia would become a NATO member. Initially the problem was the level of corruption, but then Putin's expansionist aspirations have become clear.
