Has Trump, even for a second, actually cared about all the people killed in the Texas flood event?

Trump seems to not give a shit because to him regular US citizens (not part of the corporate elite) are an expendable commodity on his road to grossly increasing his own personal wealth through graft and political corruption.

Same as he thinks military and law enforcement and emergeny services personal that are injured/disabled during their work and cannot operate in the full capacity for the appointed role are sub-human and worth nothing to him.
