After way more rain than usual this spring ...One area town is being evacuated due to flooding. Several area towns have flood / flash flood alerts. 3 dams are under watch for failure. More rain do over the few days.
So they repaired the road where it caved inbut it'll keep happening. It caved because there's a cavern under it, it wasn't due to a water main break...
