Am I trippin to wonder why people want to rebuild in LA? Isn't that kinda just a BAD SPOT for wildfires and earthquakes?

I legit want to know....Do insurance claims only work if you rebuild in the same area?

i often wondered why people would rebuild in hurricane belts like florida or tornado alleys of the mid west ....we don't have too much of that in canada other than wild fires out west especially, but when we see your disasters like hurricane katrina it makes us really think about things
