Am I trippin to wonder why people want to rebuild in LA? Isn't that kinda just a BAD SPOT for wildfires and earthquakes?

I legit want to know....Do insurance claims only work if you rebuild in the same area?

Always has been risky, but despite the fires; those who could, re build and re establish themselves did. Risky? Yes, but vanity often overrules common sense.,
