Milton is going to F Florida up.

That’s a scary looking storm.

Which is cheaper, subsidizing green energy or paying for Hurricane cleanup?

It’s getting really hard to deny at this point.

Subsidizing green energy won't get rid of hurricanes. There were many Spanish ships sunk by hurricanes 4-500 years ago. It may eventually have the effect of making hurricanes less severe?

@walabby I wasn't talking specifically about hurricanes, but natural disasters in general. Florida has so many these days that insurers won't do business there. Miami is 6 feet above sea level. How much will it cost for all those folks to move?

@walabby I've never heard anyone say that green energy would end hurricanes. If people are up to speed on green energy and climate change they understand what weather is. They also understand frequency and severity. That's where climate change meets weather.
@trollslayer Speaking of natural disasters in general - this is where the money is going.

@ElwoodBlues And that only goes to 2020. I would assume you could come close to doubling it today.
