Hundreds are dead, more still trapped in their homes, no shelter, no food, nothing. They've gotten no help at all from the regime, nothing but a pledge of $750, while illegal invaders are showered with money and benefits.
Our true President, and private citizens are doing what they can. President Trump has been there, distributing supplies, and leading a donation line. People with helicopters have been trying to rescue those still trapped. But they have been discouraged from doing anything by the government, and reporters are being kept away.

You clearly won't care about this but for anyone else who runs across this kind of thing, and instantly takes what they see as fact, there's a way of helping yourself. All it requires is a touch of self-respect.
CONSIDER THE SOURCE of what you read and see.
Do NOT trust sources you don't know just because they're feeding your emotions.
I could very easily take a series of clips and create my own reality around them, using fear, enemy, conspiracy and anger as my tools, and convince people that what I'm telling them is true.
This is a broken record. People take it in the teeth from something bigger than themselves, like natural disasters or say Covid, and there will ALWAYS be those out to take advantage of it by selling conspiracy, government control, purposeful actions to harm others and on and on. It's to get views which translates to money for the content creators. Full stop.
Here's what really happened. A climate change-influenced storm dumped a ton of rain in unfortified areas, weakening the land, and then a climate-changed influenced hurricane came through and did what they do.
Climate scientists KNEW this was going to happen in Southern Appalachia eventually and they KNOW it will happen again. FEMA has delivered almost $500 BILLION to N.C. to prepare for flooding and natural disasters over the last 30 years. But the COUNTIES didn't appropriate the money the right way and the people didn't prepare or have insurance through FEMA. Because "it's not going to happen us."
Well, it happened. And it will continue to happen. And grifters will continue to refocus the blame because $.
But don't believe me. Find the sources committed to FACTS, via data and experts, and get their take.
So yeah. Consider the source. Every time.
