At what point do we just stop rebuilding the Florida coast?

@Miram I imagine it's gotta be particularly hard in the developing world with most people barely scraping by in the first place. IDK what's even gonna happen to you guys. The US is relatively safe since we'll always have the Great Lakes region, but like where do you even go if you live in North Africa?

@BlueVeins Touaregs lived in the desert for more than 1000 years among droughts, mass storms and extreme living conditions. We have the largest underwater reserves in the world. The floods in the south/sahara are not necessarily bad for nature to be honest. It is possible that it can help balance the environment and provide better opportunities related to agriculture if the government build proper infrastructure.

Where i am is affected by fires but nothing as bad as canada last year.
