After the heat will come the floods

China, Russia and India will stand back and do nothing.

The West will be taxed more for environmental schemes that lead nowhere.
At present, China is slightly ahead of the US and Europe in electric car market penetration.

They also seem to be holding their own on green electricity generation

India isn't doing so well. Russia is a hot mess, but their economy is dwindling.

I agree with you about Russia. India to a lesser extent, but China is the world leader in renewables and is developing incredible, carbon-free rail projects all around the country.

P.S. What are you doing about it?
SW-User
@SW-User Supporting a nuclear future.
House insulation.
Not buying new cars every two years
Recycle.
Travel 2000 km a year instead of 24000km
Would use trains if they were not on strike!
Would use public transport, if there was any.

@SW-User excellent. Sensible policies for a happier Britain

@SW-User If only….our governments would invest in Public transport.

Green tax, co² gibberish, fear and the new way to govern.....constant (generated) emergencies. Oh and a dollop of garbage in, garbage out computer modelling. If its being sold through fear, do not purchase

So true !

I noticed how many 1 out of 2 of those turbines are never working and ruin the landscape. And what makes them work when there is no wind at all ?😎
@revenant ...that's why you place them well and have storage. And some plants to help.

Then will come the Fimbulwinter with the collapse of the Gulf stream. Moral decay runs rampant. Fenrir swallows the sun and moon. Heimdall is slain followed by the gods and the earth is plunged into the sea.
