Civilisation isn't going to collapse.

Contrary to what all the scaremongers may claim on platforms like 'YouTube', there are no signs that one can point to that may indicate that we're about to be thrust back into the Stone Age. I really do not know why so many people worry about this.
I mean, it's not like we've never experienced hard times before. Not that what we're going through now could in any way, for most of us, be described as being "hard times", but we, as a species, know how to survive and carry on.
I remain optimistic. I expect to survive to see the 22nd century, due to rapid advances in medicine extending our lifespans to 150 or so. ☺

I couldn't afford to go to a doctor even if I was dying. And at my age I probably am.

I think there will be a reordering of power structures, but not a collapse.

The house of cards infrastructure is going to collapse for a few years whether you like it or not, electricity is going to become too expensive to maintain on a mass basis and people will need to have their own supply or learn how to live without it for a few yeara juat like ppl did back than ... but of you believe thats its not going to fail, gl to you to each their own
