No! I think the phrase is either 'pissing in the wind' or 'locking the door after the horse has bolted' either way, will not make the slightest difference in the grand scheme of things. It's a necessity though if for no other reason than we wont have fossil fules in 100 years time, so need to figure out how to keep cars running somehow.
