What storyline would you like to hear/watch for the first time all over again?
Some stories (shows, books, movies, video games) are so good that sometimes I wish I could erase my memory of it and experience it for the first time all over again.

Off the top of my head, I'd say Babylon 5- it was a show that was always intended to be a single coherent story (it took ten years to get to air, because the creator insisted that it not run for any longer than five seasons, so that the stories and arcs involved could actually have meaningful endings), and WOW, is the result something to see. That that happened despite its incredible troubles- which could, and probably have, filled a book- is a sign of something beyond luck, and approaching divine favor.
But... the creator and showrunner (Joe Straczynski, who goes by "JMS" for obvious reasons) wrote most of the first season, almost all of the second, ALL of the third (which had only been done once before in the history of TV, for a British 13-episode season, not an American 22-episode one), and ALL of season 4- then, halfway through taping season 3, the network announced it was dissolving, requiring JMS to rewrite season 4 while desperately shopping around for another network to let him finish the story. He found one- TNT- and wrote season 5 knowing that he'd actually get to make it. Unfortunately, his only copy of those scripts was accidentally thrown out, so he had to rewrite another season, of which he wrote all but one episode, bringing his total to almost six and a half seasons of a five-season show. It took a terrible toll on him (and remember, this was just the WRITING part); he looks like he aged about twenty years in the five the show was on the air, but the result is a show that rewards careful watching and rewatching- I do so every few years, and each time, I see something I missed before. I don't know if I'd want to lose all that.
So instead, I'll say the part of The Producers where the curtain goes up and the spotlight hits Hitler. THAT is the kind of moment you only get to experience once.
