It was an awesome show with excellent acting. This was before the comeback of Star Trek in the late 70s. 1999 was a long time away! 😅

@KristinaM I watched it when it originally aired, then again years later when I had the DVD set. Way better when it's binged and you don't have weeks between episodes, and stupid promos all week hyping up the next episode.

@masterofyou It was the reimagining of battlestar galactica that came out in 2004. It was amazing. Such a good story and great actors.

@KristinaM yes it was I just finished the whole series.. But it was a little hard to follow too many cylon replicas of humans..

As someone who loves scifi and fantasy culture, I found it hard to get used to remakes. I hated the live action of DeathNote.

But someone pointed out to me.... Enjoy it for what it is.... Wjat new visions people bring to it.

The newer series gets deeper into what and why the cylons are doing what they do.
But it does take white a few episodes to get into its swing.

Especially if you have feels for the original.
