I’m thinking like an important wedding anniversary. Maybe you go out to a nice restaurant, you’re expecting something meaningful or a piece of jewelry.

and you get 27 boxes of tic tacs in a comically large tic tac box

@soulshadow I saw the box of tictacs. I thought it was silly, and imagined who could possibly be buying this, and why. Then I was coming up with ridiculous scenarios that you could give these in. I thought it was funny and decided to share it. I have a lot of fun making scenarios like that.
Can I not be thoughtful and have silly thoughts as well? Do I need to be escaping something if I’m not being serious?
What do you think you’ve done by leaving this comment? Do you think I now feel like youve seen past my “trivial” post to some deeper level of me?
