Does this happen to you?

Teeter Totter
I caught myself rummaging through a drawer
In the midst of my search, I wondered, what for?
Desperately searching for what, I'm not sure
Staring into the drawer, as if it would answer
I know it's somewhere in the blank of my mind
Seeking in dark for a spark that will shine
But blocks are thrown beneath my feet
Thoughts are snatched, before they're complete
I teeter on the totter of know, and know not
Wishing to remember what I just forgot

I accidently left out two lines of my poem, I guess it's fitting, given the context.
