Do you think food plays a role during mood swings and being grumpy?

I believe that vitamin and mineral deficiencies can throw off a body and brain chemistry. So food itself isn't really the issue. A healthy body wants a healthy mind and vice versa. Moderate exercise like taking walks or riding a bicycle to trigger adrenaline. Avoid sugary foods since it spikes blood sugar and then drops off suddenly. It's a balancing act for sure.
