I got soaked down to the ankles on the first or second day of Kindergarten. I was too shy to bother the teacher to get permission to go the the bathroom. I recall my mother having to bring the change of clothes to school. I even needed a new shirt.
After that, the only time I got wet was when I did it on purpose. I would sit in class, and try to make small wet stains on my pants...around the size of a nickel. If it was dime-sized, it was too small. Quarter-sized was too big. For those of you that don't speak "American coin measurement", my goal was a 2cm wet spot.
