It did not work on me, should I be upset?

I saw a video on how to contour "Chest for bigger boobies" with make up. And no matter how many times I tried, it seems not to be working on me. Wahhhhh sniff sniff 😭. I don't know if I'm doing it wrong, or it really not working for me. Either way it sucks duck -_-.
